Every certified electronic health record in the country now publishes the same standard connection. We add a health plan and a provider system every month, and each one arrives in your app at no charge.

We count and validate every organization ourselves, with our own Technical Audit Protocol, against the federal endpoint list.

When a researcher licenses a pool of anonymized health data, 80 cents of every dollar comes back to the trust members whose data contributed. We keep 20 cents to operate the infrastructure, maintain compliance, and run the Sovereignty Scorecard audits.
